more cthulhu
Obama's coming to town on Saturday.

Thankfully, unlike Palin's shindig at Bass Pro, Mr. Obama will allegedly be speaking at 9PM and in the north end of town. Both of which mean I shouldn't be late for work. (According to later info in the comments, it's at 9PM at Plaster stadium at MSU.) Most I might have to deal with is getting home around 11PM when people are leaving.

At any rate, I can say officially that I'm happy we've got less than a week left until this is all fucking over for 4 more years. I actually had a nightmare earlier that McCain and Obama were throwing mud at me out of the TV. Was like Ann-Margaret getting covered in beans toward the end of Tommy.

See there is your deciding factor! Obama/Biden lets you get to work on time, McCain/Palin doesn't!

ROFLMAO

Much as I hate to admit it, I think Ms. Palin is the deciding factor for me. She's officially proven herself to be a nutjob. Not a right wing nutjob, but a complete lunatic.

Personally, and i don't say this lightly about our politicians, I think she is an embrassment.

If McCain looses I really think his choosing her as the VP nomination will be a major reason for it. I know she has fired up a minority of people but even my republican friends are not fans cannot stand her. Most of them are voting Democratic or not at all for the Presidental race.

Noticed that she's become quite polarizing.

But damn, it seems like things come out of her mouth before her brain can stop them.

I really, really want to comment, but I won't.

Well assuming they take 70 to 75 from teh airport and you take 675 to Kettering, you should be fine.

Well, I suppose it depends where both of you are in Kettering. Of course, the Kettering/Moraine/West Carrolton/Hellbrook corridor is huge.

LOL. You know, I'm not surprised I haven't had the same dream yet.

you're not surprised?:)

I dunno, I'm trying to be like mom, who more or less keeps her mouth shut on politics, or at least tries to keep everything she says positive.

Which occasionally gets amusing, since one of her former students is a state rep in her district. It's amusing as hell to listen to her come up with nice things to say about him, since it's obvious she hates his guts.
