Writer's Block: Pet talk

If your pet could talk, what is the first thing s/he would say to you?

With Claire, who lives on in spirit, it would either be "Why are you trying to sleep in MY bed?" or "Pizza's here! Can I go say hello?"

With Ginger, the Pomeranian living here, the answer would be "Where's my cheese?"

With Suzie, the long hair tortie cat, "Pet me so I can bite you."

With Leo, the short hair tortie cat, "Haha, you can't find me!"

With all of the dogs the landlady had over my years in MO, "Pet me, pet me now!"

I am assuming Claire was a dog? Although I CAN think of a few cats who would have gone to the door, to say hello to the pizza person. With the full intent of beating me to the pizza. *LOL*

Suzie just sounds....well...mean!

*LOL* Teehee...I have one of those Pet me pet me pet me pet me NOW! Look at me..I'm down here...why are you still standing...sit down so I can get in your lap. dogs.

Yeah, Claire was my beagle mix. I made the mistake of letting her sleep in the bed with me, and that lead to her taking her half out of the middle.

I always laughed, since the door bell didn't make her bark, but me standing up to answer it did.

Well see if you are standing up with intention to answer the bell, the person on the other side MUST be warned that there is a dog ready to protect you.

McGyver is like that...only it's when my cell phone rings. He'll run to the door since he assumes someone is out there wanting my attention. The only one that does that is Dennis. Anyone else rings the doorbell...which makes doglet baffled and eager to see who made the noise.

Oh yeah, and Suzie is a rescue cat. She'll demand to be petted, let you pet her for about a minute, then bite you and go hide.
